On a tie, the one the Chairman voted for leaves.

How the role plays

If the vote ends in a tie and the Chairman voted for one of the leaders, that one leaves — no re-vote.
If the Chairman voted for someone else, it is an ordinary tie.
The host announces "the chairman's decision"; the card is not named.
Reads as red.

Your vote is worth more on a tie: vote for the one you are sure of.
